4. Blueberries

Blueberry plants possess some natural chemicals phyto-nutrients. Phyto-nutrients, antioxidants and fiber are the primary components of blueberries. It’s not essential to consume phyto-nutrients for leading a healthy life unlike vitamins and minerals that you usually find in plant foods. Blueberries keep our body in a proper working condition by preventing several diseases.

5. Leafy green vegetables

The risk of suffering from Diabetes type 2 can be curbed effectively when you consume cabbage, spinach and other vegetables possessing dark leaves. According to researchers, further investigations need to be conducted in this area to identify the impact of such vegetables on us humans. 6. Sweet potatoes

Yellow or pink carotenes, vitamin B, vitamin C, complex carbohydrates, beta carotene and dietary fiber form the key components of sweet potatoes.
